The concept of Lobbipad is simple:
- In the company lobby there is an iPad which visitors can use to sign in.
- Visitors enter their details (or scan a QR code) and then select the person they have an appointment with. Using the QR code visitors can sign in without any contact with the iPad.
- Your staff member will be notified via SMS/Email/MS Teams notification that a visitor is waiting for him/her in the lobby. The message also displays an image of the visitor, so that your staff member can quickly identify the right visitor, and address them by name.
- A wireless label printer prints a badge that the visitor can use for identity purposes.
- Via a web interface, you can always see who is signing in and out, who is still in the building, request analyses/statistics about visits, etc.
- Lobbipad also offers the possibility of receiving packages via the iPad. When the packages barcode is scanned, a message is automatically sent to the relevant staff member, informing them that the package has arrived.
